Contour plot of a matrix

TDA's plotcm over a value matrix at the given levels.

Usage

tda_plotcm(z, levels, ...)

Arguments

z

value matrix.

levels

contour levels.

...

passed to tda_run.

Value

path of the PostScript file, invisibly.

Examples
